ServiceNow Developer (ServiceNow)

Location: United States; candidates within a 100-mile radius of Washington, DC, will be required to report onsite daily to a federal agency office in the DC area in the near future. Foreign work locations and personal VPN connections are not permitted.

Salary: $81,499.00–$138,549.00 per year for full-time employment.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, HRSD, FSM, CMDB, Service Portal, and Mobile Agent.
• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer workflows, Service Catalog items, CMDB models, portals, and mobile experiences.
• Build and maintain REST and SOAP integrations for ServiceNow applications.
• Support releases, testing, upgrades, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues.
• Apply platform governance and quality standards through code reviews and documentation.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor other developers while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• 3+ years of experience in CSM or ITSM with deployed custom application development.
• Strong JavaScript skills and experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflows, business rules, and integrations.
• Knowledge of ITIL and Agile practices.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and reside and work in the United States.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience troubleshooting ServiceNow implementations.
• 3+ years of scripting beyond basic ServiceNow scripts and 3+ years of Agile Scrum experience.
• Active FCC or GSA government clearance.
• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer, Certified System Administrator, or relevant Implementation Specialist certifications.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and best practices.
