Network/System Administrator (Net/Sys Admin) II (Cybersecurity)

Location: Dayton, Ohio — onsite workplace. U.S. citizenship is required. Travel required: 10–25%.

Salary: $85,093–$113,620 annually, depending on experience, geographic location, and contractual requirements.

What you will do

• Install, operate, maintain, and support LAN, WAN, network segments, intranets, servers, and other data communication systems.
• Manage day-to-day operations for collateral, SCI, and SAP environments supporting Department of Defense agencies.
• Monitor systems and security events, configure SIEM alarms and rules, and produce operational reports.
• Maintain O&M checklists and develop associated tactics, techniques, and standard operating procedures.
• Support security incident response and analyze technical risks related to emerging cybersecurity tools and processes.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot user issues, and help evaluate future hardware and software upgrades.

Requirements

• Top Secret/SCI clearance and willingness to submit to a CI polygraph are required.
• Previous SAP experience is required.
• At least 3 years of related experience.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Cisco networking, switching, virtualization, LAN/WAN technologies, and data backup systems.
• Experience with enterprise Windows environments, PL2 and PL3 network systems, technical customer support, patch deployment, and process automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an associate degree plus 2 years of experience, or equivalent experience; IAT Level II certification is required within 6 months of hire.
