Network Administrator (Intermediate-Level)

What you will do

• Provide Tier II/III support for enterprise network environments and resolve connectivity, performance, and availability issues.
• Install, configure, administer, and maintain routers, switches, wireless systems, and network management platforms.
• Support Cisco, Juniper, and Aruba networking technologies, including routing, switching, and wireless administration.
• Collect and analyze network utilization and performance data to support optimization and capacity planning.
• Support network upgrades, modernization, disaster recovery, business continuity, and high-availability initiatives.
• Maintain network documentation and configuration baselines while collaborating with systems, cybersecurity, engineering, and operations teams.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification or higher required, such as CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, or SSCP.
• Four or more years of experience supporting, administering, and troubleshooting enterprise network environments.
• Experience with Cisco, Juniper, and Aruba technologies, network monitoring and analysis tools, and enterprise network security controls.
• Experience with SAN connectivity, network documentation, configuration baselines, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Baseline certification must be obtained within six months of hire if not already held.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• CCNP certification and experience with Cisco ACI or enterprise wireless solutions.
• Experience with NetApp, HPE SAN technologies, and Fibre Channel networking.
• Experience supporting Department of Defense environments and mission-critical systems.
