Financial Systems Lead - Oracle Fusion

Location: Onsite in Kansas City, Missouri, United States. Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder.

Salary: $140,000–$170,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead or support implementation of Oracle Fusion functionality, modules, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Partner with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, provide training, and improve system adoption.
• Streamline end-to-end finance processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Develop and maintain finance reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Ensure data integrity across subledger and general ledger systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial systems, accounting, or finance operations.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials and EPM or Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Experience with Smart View, Narrative Reporting, OTBI, or BI Publisher.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, or system enhancements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, reporting, and continuous improvement skills.
