Senior Project Manager (Travel Technology)

What you will do

• Lead multiple complex international projects from initiation through delivery.
• Create and maintain project plans while managing scope, risks, timelines, and change requests.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure quality, budget, and deadline compliance.
• Build customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to customers and senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate governance meetings, including Steering Committees, and support resource planning and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex international projects in customer-facing environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business audiences.
• Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Solid technical understanding relevant to digital, travel, or airport-related projects.
• Highly organised, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel to customer locations when required.

Nice to have

• Experience in the travel technology or airport industry.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
