Process Project Leader (Energy)

Location: Milan, Italy; hybrid work with home office possible 2 days per week

Salary: €59,000 gross basic wage component per year minimum

What you will do

• Manage the process work package, ensuring deliverable quality, schedule adherence, and compliance with budgeted hours.
• Coordinate assigned process engineers through regular meetings, progress monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Translate contractual process requirements into project execution aligned with the tender concept, company policies, and project guidelines.
• Collect project lessons learned and facilitate feedback exchange with product owners.
• Ensure timely preparation of process documentation, operating instructions, operation manual inputs, and CE conformity requirements.
• Lead commissioning meetings and process engineering reviews through trial operation and Fit for Performance.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position on EPC projects in energy, environmental technology, or a related industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering.
• Good knowledge of process engineering.
• Good presentation, coaching, facilitation, and project management skills.
• Fluent English required; Italian and other languages are considered a plus.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with CAPRI, COMOS, and other engineering tools.
• Italian or additional language skills.
