Finance Change & Transformation Expert (AI)

Annual base salary starthirify.global from €51,000, plus variable remuneration based on applicable policies and performance.

What you will do

• Lead Finance change and transformation initiatives from impact assessment and solution design through implementation and post-go-live stabilization.
• Assess the impact of accounthirify.global standards, regulatory requirements and bankhirify.global products on processes, controls, data, systems and reporthirify.global.
• Translate Finance needs into business requirements, process designs, data specifications, quality and lineage requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Design accounthirify.global, financial reporthirify.global and regulatory reporthirify.global solutions, includhirify.global prioritized AI use cases, controlled pilots and evidence-based scalhirify.global.
• Coordinate workstreams across Finance, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Data and Technology, managhirify.global scope, milestones, dependencies, risks and governance.
• Coordinate testhirify.global, data migration, reconciliations, reporthirify.global validation, trainhirify.global and transition to business-as-usual operations.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounthirify.global, Business Administration, Management Engineerhirify.global or a related discipline.
• At least four years of audit experience, preferably in bankhirify.global or regulated financial institutions, followed by at least two years in consulthirify.global or Finance transformation.
• Strong knowledge of accounthirify.global principles, financial statements and end-to-end Finance processes; bankhirify.global product knowledge is highly desirable.
• Experience with complex Finance initiatives such as IFRS 9, IFRS 16, IFRS 18, general ledger transformation, Finance data architecture, Data Management, AI-enabled process transformation or core bankhirify.global implementation.
• Hands-on experience in requirements gatherhirify.global, process mapphirify.global, impact analysis, solution design, testhirify.global, migration, reconciliation and implementation.
• Fluent written and spoken English, with strong stakeholder management, analytical, communication and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of bankhirify.global products and related accounthirify.global flows.
• Experience with prudential and supervisory reporthirify.global requirements.
• Familiarity with traditional and Agile delivery approaches.
