Global Project Manager (Pharmaceutical)

Location: Flexible, with regular presence required at the Parma office, Italy.

Salary: €52,240–€65,300 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus scheme.

What you will do

• Plan and deliver major strategic industrial and non-industrial projects supporting the consolidation and expansion of the manufacturing network.
• Define project goals, objectives, governance, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, procurement, communications, sustainability, and energy plans.
• Lead projects through design, construction, FAT, installation, SAT, and close-out while monitoring milestones, costs, quality, safety, and compliance.
• Coordinate project teams, internal subject-matter experts, external companies, sponsors, stakeholders, and local structures.
• Prepare project status reports, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions when required.
• Assess the impact of new site implementations and review project cost estimates.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or Electronic Engineering.
• Significant pharmaceutical-sector experience managing complex national and international projects.
• Strong knowledge of project development phases and project engineering practices.
• Knowledge of GMP, Quality Assurance principles, technical standards, and regulations.
• Ability to deliver targets for time, cost, quality, HSE, and compliance while coordinating design, execution, and contract management.
• Strong organizational, planning, decision-making, leadership, teamwork, and stakeholder-management skills.
