Lead, IT Business Analysis (Program Delivery Lead)

Location: Melbourne, Florida; Salt Lake City, Utah; Rochester, New York; or Herndon, Virginia, United States. Onsite role with a 9/80 schedule: 9 workdays over every 14 days and every other Friday off.

Salary range: $101,500–$188,500 for applicable locations including New York and Virginia. Other listed location ranges may apply based on geographic location.

What you will do

• Lead oversight of SAP application enhancements and IT project delivery, aligning work with business priorities, timelines, and operational objectives.
• Track and communicate enhancement requests, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, deliverables, and escalation areas.
• Coordinate intake, prioritization, governance, roadmaps, and delivery metrics across multiple teams.
• Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, developers, analysts, project managers, and business relationship managers.
• Maintain status reports, action logs, meeting notes, process documentation, and other delivery materials.
• Identify and implement improvements to delivery processes, reporting, communication, and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 9 years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree and at least 7 years of related experience.
• Without a degree, at least 13 years of relevant experience is required.
• Experience overseeing application enhancements, project execution, delivery reporting, and governance in complex IT environments.
• Understanding of project management methodologies, software development lifecycle, application delivery, demand management, and release planning.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, managing competing priorities, and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Applicants may need to be eligible to obtain a U.S. security clearance; security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting ERP applications and working with portfolio reporting, project dashboards, and structured delivery frameworks.
• Experience with both Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and business communication skills.
• Proficiency with project tracking and collaboration tools.
