Business Analyst (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Analyze business needs and facilitate workshops with shopfloor stakeholders.
• Define and scope user needs and write user stories.
• Write and consolidate functional specifications.
• Prepare test plans, participate in IT test execution, and support business testing.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and quality control of deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international Agile teams to deliver projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst within a software development team and with shopfloor or manufacturing applications.
• Experience with Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, aeronautical, computer science, or a related field.
• Strong technical and functional understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes in the aeronautical sector.
• Knowledge of aerospace digital technologies, regulations, standards, and best practices.
• English proficiency is required.
