People Business Partner (GTM)

Location: Spain; remote work available

Salary: €56,800–€81,700 gross/year in Spain. Salary ranges are also listed for Lithuania, Germany, and the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Advise the CSO, VPs, and People Leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on strategic people matters.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational design, restructuring, and change initiatives for the global GTM organization.
• Manage performance, talent calibration, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Analyze people metrics and engagement survey data in CultureAmp to support executive decisions and retention initiatives.
• Support complex employee relations cases across global jurisdictions with People Operations and Legal.
• Partner with People Excellence, Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations to improve the remote-first employee lifecycle.

Requirements

• Experience as an HR Business Partner supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Experience managing remote or international teams and understanding global labor standards.
• Ability to coach sales and marketing managers and support high-performance cultures.
• Strong analytical, communication, influencing, problem-solving, and change leadership skills.
• Experience handling sensitive employee relations and performance management matters with empathy and integrity.

• Familiarity with global hiring platforms such as Deel.
