Recruiter (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; offices in New York City and San Francisco are available for those who prefer in-person work.

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 base salary, plus equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Manage multiple full-cycle recruiting searches, from sourcing and screening through coordination and offer extensions.
• Use ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, automated sequencers, and other AI tools to create outreach, search strings, interview materials, and workflow automations.
• Source passive candidates through niche communities, specialized forums, custom search tools, and channels beyond standard LinkedIn Recruiter searches.
• Build Ashby reports tracking stage conversion, outreach response rates, hiring velocity, and pipeline bottlenecks.
• Lead intake calls, establish candidate calibration standards, provide data-backed pipeline updates, and support offer negotiations.
• Maintain accurate candidate profiles, stages, and communication records in Ashby.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting within a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
• Proven ability to manage heavy requisition loads and fill roles at high candidate volume.
• Active experience using generative AI tools to improve sourcing, messaging, search parameters, and administrative workflows.
• Ability to use funnel conversion rates, outreach response rates, and other metrics to guide recruiting decisions.
• Strong passive-candidate sourcing, prioritization, workload management, and offer-closing skills.
• Experience with Ashby or Greenhouse; strong Ashby reporting and pipeline analytics experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, Indeed, and outreach automation tools.
