Business Analyst

Location: Manchester, United Kingdom. Hybrid working with at least 60% of working time per month spent in the office; new starters initially work full-time from the office.

What you will do

• Investigate and model business functions, processes, information flows, and data structures.
• Gather, analyse, and validate business requirements and produce high-quality specifications and business analysis documentation.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops, presenting findings and actions in writing and verbally.
• Define user acceptance tests for new or improved business processes and IT systems.
• Perform process modelling, data mapping, gap analysis, impact analysis, and risk analysis.
• Support internal development teams and external suppliers with change implementation and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
• Recognised Business Analysis qualification or substantial progress towards one.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Experience working in an Agile environment and the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance protocols.
• Practical proficiency in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
