What you will do

• Support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement across the Enterprise line of business.
• Structure ambiguous enterprise problems into hypotheses, analyses, and execution plans.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis using business performance, financial, customer, operational, and stakeholder data.
• Develop business cases, scenarios, recommendations, and executive-ready presentations.
• Own defined workstreams from scoping through implementation and track commercial, operational, and customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with commercial, product, operations, finance, and technology stakeholders to drive sustainable solutions.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or operational roles.
• Experience solving complex and ambiguous business problems through structured analysis.
• Ability to translate quantitative and qualitative evidence into clear recommendations.
• Strong Excel analysis skills and the ability to create executive-ready PowerPoint presentations.
• Experience owning projects or workstreams involving multiple stakeholders and competing inputs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
