Strategic Operations Manager

What you will do

• Consolidate AdPower data and reporting into a reliable view of performance and operations.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks using BI tools and commercial data.
• Deliver analysis for strategic projects, including product funnel, pricing, and revenue questions.
• Present conclusions and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Support project execution, programme coordination, forecasts, action tracking, and executive preparation.
• Work cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations.

Requirements

• Three or more years of professional experience, ideally in commercial, strategy, consulting, or analytical work.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with structured data and BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Comfort with SQL; three or more years of SQL experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, commercial, communication, storytelling, stakeholder-management, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
• A business-related degree is preferred; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is welcome.
• Ability to work from Holborn, London.
