Product Specialist (Healthcare)

Location: Edinburgh, UK (remote) and Windsor, UK

What you will do

• Analyze TrakCare product capabilities, core release requirements, and local UKI healthcare needs.
• Work in an Agile team, participating in sprint planning and delivering work in two-week cycles.
• Configure and localize the product for national, regional, legal, tender, customer, and workflow requirements.
• Write use cases, product requirements, and functional requirements for new healthcare functionality.
• Collaborate with developers, implementation teams, customers, and end users through scoping, presentations, requirement analysis, and GoLive support.
• Prepare release materials, demonstrations, localized documentation, training content, and customer-facing product information.

Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of practical healthcare domain experience.
• Understanding of departmental interdependencies and workflows in UKI healthcare.
• Experience writing use cases, requirements, or functional documentation for healthcare applications.
• In-depth experience working with healthcare applications.
• Ability to complete mandatory hirify.global AI training and keep knowledge current.
• A university degree in a medical discipline or health informatics is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience working for a healthcare IT vendor or consultancy in a similar role.
• Experience using AI for requirements analysis, documentation, information summarization, or training materials.
• Experience refining prompts, assessing AI outputs, and protecting confidential and sensitive information.
