Location: Hybrid role based in Ringaskiddy, Cork, Ireland, with an alternate hybrid location in Leeds, UK. Travel up to 10%, primarily domestic.

Salary: €63,300–€101,315 annual in the primary posting location; additional locations may offer €63,300–€113,700 annual.

What you will do

• Support commercial contracts and pricing systems through requirements gathering, configuration support, and solution validation.
• Analyze contract creation, approval, execution, and maintenance processes to identify system and workflow improvements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Apply AI, advanced analytics, and automation to improve customer engagement, pricing, revenue optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
• Coordinate UAT, defect triage, fix validation, operational support, and root-cause investigations.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Legal, Sales Operations, and IT teams while maintaining documentation, training materials, data integrity, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience supporting commercial, contracts, pricing, or revenue-related systems in an IT or business analyst role.
• Experience with business systems analysis, requirements documentation, UAT support, and basic data analysis using SQL, reporting tools, or system queries.
• Working knowledge of contract lifecycle management concepts and commercial processes.
• English proficiency required.
• Strong stakeholder communication, problem-solving, process improvement, prioritization, and collaborative leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Experience with CLM, pricing, ERP, CRM integrations, or other commercial platforms.
• Exposure to Agile or product-based delivery models and backlog management.
• Experience in regulated or highly controlled environments, including audit and compliance.
• Relevant IT or business analysis certifications, analytical skills, or experience mentoring peers and leading small initiatives.
