Technology Graduate

Location: The Hague, Netherlands; hybrid working with 1–2 days per week on site. Attendance at the Hague office is required during the weeks of 11 January 2027 and 11 October 2027.

Salary: €45,267 annually. The role is an 18-month fixed-term graduate programme.

What you will do

• Support operational, analytical, administrative and project-related activities through three rotations.
• Gather, analyse and present information for decision-making, planning and business improvement.
• Support Digital Transformation communications, stakeholder engagement, workshops and planning.
• Contrhirify.globalute to Innovation co-creation exercises, market scans, workshops and participant coordination.
• Support Strategic Partnerships through partner operations, coordination, documentation and relationship management.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation of agreed solutions.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organisational and time-management skills.
• Competence in Microsoft Office and standard business systems.
• Ability to learn new systems, processes and technologies quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
• Curiosity, initiative, resilience, accountability and commitment to professional development.
• Availability to attend the office in The Hague during the specified onboarding and training weeks.

Hiring process
