Principal Product Manager, Engagement (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own engagement strategy and delivery across web and mobile products.
• Define experiences that help users decide what to invest in, how much to contribute, and what to do next.
• Write clear product requirements documents and partner with Design and Engineering on user flows and tradeoffs.
• Define success metrics and run experiments using Mixpanel, Looker, and cohort analysis.
• Coach other product managers through critique and pairing.
• Adopt AI tools in daily workflows and ship improvements to usage, retention, and subscription value.

Requirements

• Experience owning product strategy and delivery for web and mobile engagement experiences.
• Ability to write clear PRDs and collaborate with Design and Engineering.
• Experience defining product metrics, running experiments, and analyzing cohorts.
• Ability to operate in a regulated fintech environment.
• Experience coaching or mentoring other product managers.
