Sr. Product Manager - Advisor Experience (AI/Fintech)

Location: New York, NY, United States. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship and must be authorized to start on the first day.

Base salary: $142,000–$223,000 USD annually, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the advisor experience for Registered Investment Advisors across web and mobile products.
• Develop a long-term product direction based on advisor workflows, user feedback, and adoption metrics.
• Partner with AI and engineering teams to refine personalized, context-aware insights for financial advisors.
• Translate business goals into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor feature performance and engagement to improve workflows and the overall advisor experience.
• Communicate product value to stakeholders and go-to-market teams.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of Product Management experience across the full product lifecycle.
• Practical experience incorporating AI/ML capabilities into workflow applications.
• Experience in wealth management, fintech, or the RIA ecosystem.
• Experience collaborating across Product, Design, Engineering, Client Success, and client-facing teams.
• Ability to combine qualitative user research with quantitative analytics for prioritization and decision-making.
• U.S. work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship is required.
