What you will do
- Lead high-stakes enterprise bids and complex RFP, RFI, and RFQ processes.
- Build compelling business cases and quantify customer business impact.
- Coordinate Sales, Pre-Sales/Solutions, Delivery, Finance, Legal, and executive stakeholders.
- Make bid/no-bid decisions and qualify opportunities.
- Develop persuasive, customer-centric proposals for strategic enterprise deals.
- Manage multiple high-priority bids and complex sales pursuits simultaneously.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Bid Management, Proposal Management, Pursuit Management, Pre-Sales, Sales Operations, or a similar role.
- Proven experience managing complex enterprise RFP, RFI, and RFQ processes.
- Experience with US and EMEA enterprise procurement and RFP processes.
- Strong bid/no-bid decision-making and opportunity qualification skills.
- Excellent bid and proposal writing, project management, and process management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority bids simultaneously.
Nice to have
- Experience in AI, systems integration, global systems integration, cloud, or enterprise technology.
- Experience managing bids for Fortune 500 or other enterprise customers.
- Familiarity with AI/GenAI, automation, cloud platforms, enterprise software, or agentic AI.
- Experience in a high-growth technology or startup environment.
- Familiarity with proposal management platforms, CRM systems, knowledge repositories, or AI-powered proposal tools.
