Enterprise Program Coordinator

Location: Singapore-Yishun; onsite role integrated into the customer's day-to-day operations

What you will do

• Act as the primary day-to-day operational contact for customer program needs.
• Coordinate scheduled and reactive services with internal and external partners.
• Route customer inquiries to the appropriate parties and ensure timely resolution.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define customer challenges, develop solutions, and implement them in daily operations.
• Manage customized onsite duties defined in customer program agreements.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience working in a similar environment for advanced job levels.
• Strong customer service, planning, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Experience processing technical service quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Ability to manage complex activity schedules, large volumes of information, and issue resolution through closure.
• Ability to work effectively in a highly cross-functional environment and focus on customer success.
• Ability to work onsite in Singapore-Yishun.

Nice to have

• Degree in a scientific or technical field.
• Knowledge of GxP or compliant environments, guidelines, and requirements.
• Experience in laboratory settings.
• Experience with SAP or an equivalent system.
• Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office tools.
