Intern - Global Project Management (DDS)

What you will do

• Learn the scope of hirify.global Central Laboratory Services for pharmaceutical clients and their representatives.
• Develop an understanding of project management roles and the responsibilities of departments involved in clinical studies.
• Support understanding of regional companion diagnostic study management, including logistics, study supplies, laboratory test results, and sample management.
• Learn how regional study managers coordinate between Central Laboratory Services, global study managers, clients, and internal departments from study setup through closure.
• Participate in a full-time internship lasting at least 20 weeks from January to June 2027.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a relevant bachelor's degree program, such as Life Sciences, Medical Sciences, Biochemistry, or another related field.
• Experience delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting.
• Strong organization, multitasking, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a collaborative and self-motivated approach.

• Expected graduation in July or August 2027.
• Ability to organize data and documents effectively.
• Experience communicating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive, can-do mindset when resolving issues.
