TL;DR
Product Designer (AI): Designing user experiences for a platform where organisations create and run agentic AI workflows with an accent on user research, interaction design, and making complex AI behaviour understandable. Focus on testing and iterating designs, building trust and user control, and shaping product direction with engineers and product managers.
Location: Hybrid London or hybrid Paris; the design interview takes place in person at the London office.

What you will do
- Talk with users continuously to understand their needs and improve the usefulness of the H Platform.
- Turn user insights into research, explorations, designs, prototypes, and small code changes where appropriate.
- Design experiences for creating and running agentic AI workflows.
- Test designs with users, run A/B tests, analyse daily usage data, and iterate quickly.
- Shape the product roadmap with product managers, engineers, and forward-deployed engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer in technology companies.
- Excellent UX, UI, and interaction design skills, including the ability to simplify complex technical flows.
- Experience designing complex data or ML/AI-driven products, including unpredictable AI behaviour, trust, and user control.
- Hands-on experience with user testing and A/B testing.
- Fluency in Figma and experience working within and contributing to a design system.
- Comfort collaborating with engineers, researchers, and product managers on technical constraints and trade-offs.
Nice to have
- Experience designing complex B2B platforms, professional software, operational dashboards, analytics products, or other data-dense interfaces.
- Curiosity about code and AI-assisted design workflows, including prototyping in code or building small tools.

Hiring process
