What you will do
- Define and execute design strategies aligned with business objectives and user needs.
- Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery and research through wireframing, prototyping, and final UI execution.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, A/B experiments, and heuristic evaluations to validate design solutions.
- Design scalable UI components and contribute to the evolving design system using atomic design principles.
- Partner with product managers and engineers to support implementation and influence cross-functional decisions.
- Advocate for accessibility, inclusive design, micro-interactions, motion, and data-driven experience improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a senior product design role with a record of leading impactful projects.
- Strong expertise in visual design, interaction design, information architecture, user flows, typography, grids, layout, and colour theory.
- Experience designing responsive and adaptive experiences for mobile and web platforms.
- Advanced user research, usability testing, user interviews, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and UX analytics experience.
- Deep Figma experience with auto layout, design tokens, component variants, interactive prototypes, and scalable design libraries.
- Experience in fintech or SaaS, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating in agile product teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with motion design tools such as Lottie, After Effects, or Principle.
- Experience with fintech or SaaS-related product projects and measurable product or business impact.
