Product Designer (AI)

Location: United Kingdom remote; London hybrid

hirify.global is a Series A company building an enterprise platform for AI agent visibility, governance, and risk management.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design of core product experiences from early concepts through shipped and iterated work.
• Lead customer discovery, interviews, research, and early product testing with customers.
• Build and evolve the design system, including tokens, components, patterns, and documentation.
• Contribute to the brand through visual language, illustration, iconography, and related assets.
• Collaborate directly with engineers through pairing, design reviews, pull-request reviews, and AI-assisted prototyping.
• Help define product direction, scope, and outcomes in close partnership with engineering.

Requirements

• Significant product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating complex UX problem-solving.
• Experience designing complex B2B SaaS products, including data visualisation and data-dense interfaces.
• Experience across research, concept development, detailed design, and handoff.
• Strong product thinking, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-alignment skills.
• Experience contributing to a design system and working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
• Experience with security, developer, or enterprise SaaS products.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI agent tooling, observability platforms, or data-dense interfaces.
• Experience with brand or visual identity, including illustration, iconography, or marketing design.
• Experience writing code or using AI tools to prototype in the browser.
• Background working at an early-stage startup and building products from scratch.
