Product Designer (AI)

hirify.global is a Series A HR technology company building an AI-native end-to-end hiring platform with interview intelligence, skills assessments, and an AI interview agent.

What you will do

• Lead complex design problems from exploration through shipped web-based SaaS experiences.
• Design intuitive, accessible interfaces that simplify complex hiring workflows.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Occupational Psychologists to balance user value, business priorities, usability, trust, and governance.
• Use user conversations, product data, lightweight testing, and proportionate discovery to inform decisions.
• Use AI coding and prototyping tools to accelerate research, prototyping, and implementation while critically evaluating their output.
• Improve the SZ Design System, maintain coherent end-to-end journeys, and enable PMs and Engineers through reusable patterns, guidance, and coaching.

Requirements

• Track record of shipping complex web-based SaaS experiences at pace and improving them after launch.
• Excellent UX, interaction, visual, and accessibility skills with strong product judgement.
• Experience making informed product decisions under uncertainty in startup or scale-up environments.
• Strong collaboration with Product Managers and Engineers, supported by product thinking and technical understanding.
• Practical experience using AI tools for design or delivery, including tools such as Claude Code, Claude Design, or Lovable.
• Ability to enable others through reusable patterns, clear guidance, coaching, autonomy, curiosity, and adaptability.

Nice to have

• Experience designing AI-powered products, agents, or assistants.
• Strong Figma skills and practical experience with design systems.
• Experience in HR technology, recruitment, or enterprise products with multiple user types and trust or governance considerations.
• Experience improving consistency across product teams or evolving established products.
