Senior Design Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid work model with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote; office location is not specified for this role.

What you will do

• Manage a team of 8 product designers embedded across product tribes.
• Own and maintain the written vision for AI-native experiences across desk and frontline users, web, and mobile.
• Translate the AI-native vision into experience principles, reference experiences, and product quality standards.
• Partner with the AI tribe on agent behavior and quality bars.
• Lead the team through the AI shift in product experience and daily design tooling.
• Coach designers through discovery, framing, design reviews, and shipped experiences.

Requirements

• Previous experience articulating and implementing a UX vision.
• Hands-on experience designing AI experiences such as agents, copilots, generative UI, or conversational products.
• Experience designing for frontline or mobile-first users, or a strong understanding of their distinct interaction needs.
• At least 3 years of experience managing multiple designers.
• Player-coach approach with the ability to challenge design work while supporting designer ownership.
• Full professional proficiency in English required; French is a strong plus.

• Experience with frontline employee products or mobile-first experiences.
• French language skills.
