Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: Based in the Netherlands with at least 2 days per week in the Utrecht office. Hybrid working policy with a minimum of 2 office days weekly. A valid Netherlands work permit or EU citizenship is required.

Salary: gross €4,250–€5,000 per month based on 40 hours.

What you will do

• Own the full hiring cycle for Operations, Support, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales roles.
• Advise hiring managers on hiring decisions and build strong stakeholder partnerships.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to provide a connected candidate experience.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics, identify patterns, and contribute to reporting.
• Improve candidate experience, process efficiency, and the use of AI and automation in hiring.
• Identify employer branding opportunities and participate in relevant market events.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of in-house recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience hiring across commercial and operations functions and multiple countries or markets.
• Strong stakeholder advisory, prioritization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence using ATS tools, especially Recruitee, and LinkedIn.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Based in the Netherlands, available at least 4 days or 32 hours per week, and able to work at least 2 days weekly from the Utrecht office.
