What you will do

• Partner with Hiring Managers and business leaders to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies.
• Own end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Design and improve structured interviews, competency-based assessments, scorecards, and feedback loops.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build pipelines of passive candidates.
• Use data and market insights to improve hiring decisions and recruitment performance.
• Lead Talent Acquisition initiatives including employer branding, recruiting operations, hiring manager enablement, events, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in Talent Acquisition and end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience partnering with Hiring Managers and business leaders as a trusted advisor.
• Ability to build recruitment processes, assessment frameworks, and sourcing strategies.
• Strong analytical approach to hiring performance and market insights.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup based in the Berlin office.
