Senior Recruiter Pharma

Location: Marburg, Germany; at least one day per week in the office

What you will do

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide market data.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing, sourcing strategies, and talent pipelines.
• Assess candidates and deliver qualified candidate slates.
• Maintain timely communication and keep candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process.
• Advise on offer details using compensation guidelines and market data.
• Mentor recruiters and other team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Significant recruiting experience with demonstrated success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and social media recruitment tools.
• Knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector.
