Senior Delivery Experience Manager (Logistics)

Location: Munich, Germany; hybrid work with 60% of the time in the office and 40% at home. Up to 20 days of work abroad in approved countries is available.

Salary: €51,100–€70,300 per year, depending on experience, skills, and impact.

What you will do

• Oversee and improve delivery service quality and customer experience.
• Manage relationships, contracts, and strategic communication with Delivery Service Providers.
• Develop long-term country strategies and annual delivery experience roadmaps.
• Monitor customer satisfaction trends and set improvement priorities.
• Coordinate continuous improvement projects with cross-functional teams and sales.
• Identify market innovations and cost-effective delivery solutions while serving as an expert for relevant tools and processes.

Requirements

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience in customer-oriented logistics services.
• Experience managing projects and identifying customer requirements.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced IT proficiency, including MS Excel.
• Deep knowledge of the last-mile market and logistics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach.
• Fluent English and business-proficient German are required.
