Focus on designing scalable workflow assets, resolving complex integration challenges, translating technical architectures into business value, and driving continuous improvement after launch.

What you will do
- Embed with customers to understand their technical environments, business processes, and AI workflows, then design and build tailored solutions.
- Build and deploy AI-powered workflows, MCP-based automations, and intelligent features across CRM, ERP, billing, and revenue platforms.
- Lead technical AI sessions, review requirements, demonstrate solutions, help build agents, and train users.
- Translate complex AI and technical concepts into clear business value while acting as a trusted customer advisor.
- Build reusable integration libraries, prompt templates, and AI workflow scaffolding for broader customer use.
- Identify technical blockers, monitor post-go-live performance, and provide product and engineering feedback.
Requirements
- 3–4+ years of hands-on experience in implementation roles, including at least 1 year implementing and building MCP-based agents and skills.
- Strong understanding of MCP architecture and implementation.
- Hands-on experience building AI agents and skills with tools such as Claude and Copilot.
- Experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, and n8n, plus the ability to develop custom code-based solutions.
- Technical, customer-facing SaaS experience in forward deployment, solutions engineering, implementation, or technical consulting, with in-depth CRM, ERP, and billing knowledge.
- Fluent English, written and verbal, strong analytical and systems-thinking skills, and a relevant degree or equivalent experience.
