TL;DR
AI Engineer (all genders) (LLM/RAG): Designing, implementing, and scaling AI-based solutions, including LLM applications, AI agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines, with an accent on API integration, embeddings, and cloud-native deployment. Focus on building multi-step agent workflows, evaluating and optimizing AI outputs, and integrating intelligent functionality into existing systems.

What you will do
- Identify, design, and implement AI use cases with internal stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Develop, prototype, and evolve LLM-based applications.
- Design and implement AI agents with tool-calling and multi-step workflows to automate internal processes.
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines, including data integration and embeddings.
- Integrate AI functionality into existing systems and tools through APIs.
- Test, evaluate, document, monitor, and continuously improve AI applications, models, prompts, and technical solutions.
Requirements
- Completed degree in computer science, AI, software engineering, or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience developing software or AI solutions.
- Strong programming skills in Python or TypeScript, with experience in API design, data processing, and system integration.
- Practical experience with AI and LLMs, including context engineering, agent frameworks, MCP, and A2A.
- Experience with RAG, embeddings, agent systems, and deploying cloud-native applications on AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP, or Cloudflare.
- Good written and spoken German and working English skills are required.
