Location: Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel; hybrid work with regular in-office collaboration and partial work from home

What you will do
- Design and develop LLM-based intelligent agents for complex market research queries.
- Build AI agents with LangGraph and related frameworks, integrating tools and data sources.
- Implement integrations that enable agents to take automated actions on behalf of users.
- Collaborate with product, data, and UX teams to align AI solutions with user and business needs.
- Evaluate and improve AI model performance and output quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar AI-agent frameworks.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI agent architectures.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and external data source integrations.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of LLM providers, vector stores, MCPs, and the broader AI agents ecosystem.
- Experience evaluating LLM performance and quality.
- Familiarity with cloud environments, especially AWS.
