Salesforce & AI Automation Lead

Location: Fully remote, with occasional in-person company events throughout the year.

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 yearly

What you will do

• Design, build, test, and deploy AI agents and automations for sales, claims management, injury triage, and client services.
• Develop voice AI agents for inbound calls, injury intake, dispatch coordination, and customer-facing workflows.
• Maintain and optimize Salesforce Enterprise, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and integrated products.
• Build and maintain integrations with Microsoft 365, Aircall, Calendly, Applied Epic, and other third-party systems.
• Manage technical initiatives from requirements gathering through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
• Maintain data integrity, permissions, security, documentation, user support, and training while identifying continuous improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration, development, or platform management experience, or equivalent expertise.
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying AI agents or advanced automation solutions in production business environments.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, Flow, custom objects, data models, security, and automation best practices.
• Experience with Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Data Cloud, or comparable AI agent platforms, plus working proficiency with Apex, APIs, and integrations.
• Ability to independently manage technical projects, solve business problems, communicate with nontechnical stakeholders, and work effectively in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational skills, accountability, attention to detail, and focus on reliable, measurable results.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI voice platforms such as Agentforce Voice, Aircall, Retell, or Vapi.
• Experience analyzing sales calls, meeting transcripts, or employee interactions with AI.
• Experience with MuleSoft, Workato, n8n, Zapier, or Salesforce certifications.
• Background in commercial insurance, workers' compensation, claims management, or Applied Epic.
• Experience working with executive leadership in a small or midsize organization.
