Senior Medical Science Liaison (IL, WI)

Location: Remote, supporting Illinois and Wisconsin; field-based role with up to 75% travel.

Salary: $200,000–$235,000 USD annually, plus potential bonus, stock, benefits, and other variable compensation.

hirify.global is a biopharmaceutical oncology company developing investigational therapies and conducting global Phase 3 clinical studies in non-small cell lung cancer and colorectal cancer.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain territory plans, including healthcare professional and investigator engagement plans.
• Support clinical development and research initiatives through site identification, recruitment, investigator meetings, and investigator-sponsored trials.
• Build customer-centric relationships with external experts in immuno-oncology across the assigned geography.
• Educate healthcare providers and researchers on disease states, therapeutic landscapes, and Summit products.
• Monitor relevant scientific meetings and provide insights to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on account plans, advisory boards, masterclasses, roundtables, and other medical affairs activities.

Requirements

• Doctoral degree in health sciences, such as MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent; significant oncology clinical or industry experience may substitute.
• At least 5 years of solid tumor cancer experience and at least 2 years of Medical Science Liaison experience.
• Ability to analyze and communicate complex scientific concepts and data, build credible relationships with prominent healthcare professionals, and translate business needs into action plans.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, critical-thinking, organizational, communication, computer, and database skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage confidential and time-sensitive documents, prioritize competing demands, and work in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
• Must meet healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug screens, and proof of immunization or vaccination.

Nice to have

• Previous pharmaceutical industry experience in a relevant scientific discipline.
• Experience with electronic document management systems and document review tools.
