Medical Science Liaison (Allergy)

Location: Remote within the WI, IL, MN, and IA territory; candidates must live within the territory or relocate at their own expense. Available to US and Puerto Rico residents only.

Salary: $146,250–$211,250 per year.

What you will do

• Build territory engagement plans with field partners and cross-functional teams.
• Develop peer-to-peer scientific relationships with healthcare professionals, organizations, decision-makers, and external experts.
• Deliver accurate, fair, and balanced scientific presentations on allergy disease states, treatment landscapes, and hirify.global products.
• Engage clinical investigators and support hirify.global pipeline activities and investigator-sponsored studies in compliance with applicable standards.
• Gather clinical insights, respond to unsolicited medical-information requests, and inform strategic decision-making.
• Document field interactions, insights, account plans, and required training activities in CRM.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in a relevant scientific or medical field, such as a master’s degree, PhD, PharmD, or MD.
• At least 2 years of experience in a field medical role or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience working with healthcare systems, payers, healthcare providers, and researchers is preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical research, scientific leadership, medical teaching, healthcare policies, and biopharmaceutical strategy.
• Strong stakeholder relationship management, communication, scientific communication, strategic thinking, and influencing skills.
• Must live within the WI, IL, MN, or IA territory or relocate there at personal expense.
