Medical Science Liaison, Dermatology, TX and LA

Location: Remote within the TX and LA territory; candidates must live within the territory or relocate at their own expense. US and Puerto Rico residents only.

Salary: $146,250–$211,250 per year.

What you will do

• Build territory engagement plans with field partners and cross-functional matrix teams.
• Develop peer-to-peer scientific relationships with healthcare professionals, clinical investigators, decision-makers, and healthcare organizations.
• Deliver accurate, fair, and balanced presentations on dermatology disease states, treatment landscapes, and product clinical value.
• Gather clinical insights and respond to unsolicited medical-information requests for supported products and disease areas.
• Support the hirify.global pipeline, investigator-sponsored studies, medical conferences, and upcoming product launches.
• Document field interactions, insights, account plans, training, and development activities in CRM and designated tools.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in a relevant scientific or medical field, such as a master’s degree, PhD, PharmD, or MD.
• At least 2 years of experience in a field medical role or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with healthcare systems, payers, healthcare providers, and researchers is preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical research, scientific leadership, medical teaching, healthcare policy, healthcare strategy, and biopharmaceutical industry practices.
• Strong stakeholder relationship management, communication, scientific communication, strategic thinking, influencing, and results-oriented skills.
