(Senior) Medical Science Liaison (Oncology)

Location: Remote within the United States, with candidates based in Georgia, Kentucky, or East Tennessee; field-based role with up to 50% travel

What you will do

• Support commercial and educational objectives as a regional expert on oncology assays.
• Exchange clinical, scientific, and technical information with oncology key opinion leaders and physicians.
• Deliver in-person and virtual education on oncology products to healthcare providers.
• Educate internal stakeholders in collaboration with Learning & Development.
• Attend conferences, summarize high-impact research, and share relevant medical knowledge and market intelligence.

Requirements

• Understanding of molecular oncology and related patient management algorithms.
• Existing oncology KOL relationships and knowledge of genomic laboratory-developed testing.
• Public speaking and strong interpersonal, interdepartmental, training, and education skills.
• Self-directed ownership and ability to deliver on tight timelines.
• Advanced scientific or medical degree such as PhD, PharmD, MD, MSN, or BSN.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and be based in Georgia, Kentucky, or East Tennessee.

Nice to have

• At least one year of MSL experience in diagnostics, biotechnology, or pharmaceuticals.
• Understanding of molecular testing.
• Familiarity with CLIA-88, CAP, and the Sunshine Act.
