Salary: $68,600–$109,760 annually

What you will do

• Analyze defective electronic components returned from customer sites and identified through in-house rejections.
• Determine and implement corrective actions using root cause analysis and sustainable problem-solving methods.
• Develop testing equipment for electronic components in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Map manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles and support the transition to new processes through user training.
• Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends and recommend innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related engineering field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience analyzing electronic components and interpreting electrical equipment and PCBA schematics.
• Practical experience with power supplies, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power analyzers.
• Must already have US work authorization permitting employment with hirify.global in the United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
