What you will do

• Lead complex investigations into quality issues affecting products, processes, and systems.
• Identify root causes and implement sustainable corrective and preventive improvements.
• Strengthen quality systems and optimize process controls across manufacturing operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product performance and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and customers to resolve quality challenges and improve satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience in quality engineering, quality systems, process improvement, and process controls.
• Strong problem-solving and investigation skills in a technology-driven manufacturing environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or foreign national granted refugee or asylee status.
• Temporary visa holders, including E, F-1, H-1, H-2, L, B, J, TN, and OPT holders, are not eligible.
• Ability to work on-site in an office and manufacturing environment, including occasional exposure to machinery, noise, chemicals, and other physical workplace conditions.
