Product Coordinator (Chemical Distribution)

What you will do

• Manage a product portfolio, achieve budget targets, and maintain accurate product information in internal systems.
• Support sales teams with product specifications, sourcing and purchasing arrangements, availability, and pricing information.
• Optimize selling prices and margins using commercial tools and strategies.
• Analyze market trends and prepare monthly performance reports and market updates.
• Negotiate supplier agreements and pricing.
• Coordinate with supply chain teams on forecasts and appropriate stock levels.

Requirements

• Background in a commercial role, sales, supply chain, or a similar area.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Strong Excel skills and an analytical, data-driven approach.
• Strong organization, communication, relationship-building, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment and manage competing deadlines.

Nice to have

• Degree in social sciences, finance, administration, or an equivalent field.
• Previous experience with Excel and SAP.
• Knowledge of Dutch.
