Ops & Product Builder (AI Healthcare)

Location: Anywhere in Belgium; hybrid; based in Brussels.

What you will do

• Build and launch integrated prevention, care, and insurance services for Belgian customers.
• Launch Mo, hirify.global’s AI medical assistant, in Belgium in French and Dutch, with Belgian doctors supporting its answers and human escalation.
• Develop advanced prevention services involving blood tests, AI health plans, clinical labs, pharmacies, and care providers.
• Create prevention programs for unmet health needs such as weight loss, sleep, and women’s health.
• Design and launch a new occupational health and Health At Work model for Belgian workplaces.
• Own strategy, roadmaps, partnerships, product reviews, make-or-buy decisions, and end-to-end outcomes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in operations, product, or entrepreneurship, ideally including launching new services.
• Fluent English and fluent French or Dutch.
• Strong structure and analytical skills, including SQL fluency for data analysis.
• Experience taking a product or service from zero to scale and owning high-ambiguity, high-impact initiatives.
• Ability to set clear visions and roadmaps, lead product reviews, and drive make-or-buy decisions.
• Ability to build and run partnerships autonomously with providers, pharmacies, labs, and health-tech companies.
• Strength in AI and automation.
• Strong mentoring skills.
• Knowledge of Belgian healthcare, including mutualities, practitioners, reimbursement, and regulation, or the ability to learn it quickly.
• Hiring is within the D–F level range.

• Both French and Dutch in addition to English.
