Senior Product Manager, Core Platform (AI)

Location: Fully remote within EMEA; candidates must be physically based in EMEA and work from their country of residence. What you will do

• Own the strategy, vision, roadmap, and execution for the core product domain.
• Lead the pricing, availability, and listing-content experience used by property managers to manage rates, dates, stay rules, and channel listings.
• Work with Engineering, Design, Data, and channel-connection teams to build reliable, understandable experiences.
• Use AI tooling to take product ideas from discovery and prototype through to shipped product, working alongside engineers.
• Run continuous discovery and make trade-offs on long-standing problems in a product customers depend on.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B software, ideally serving professional users who rely on the product throughout the day.
• Experience owning a broad product area with multiple connected workflows rather than a single feature, and simplifying complex systems where external platforms behave differently.
• Daily use of AI in the product workflow, including creating clickable or working prototypes with AI coding tools.
• Technical fluency to work confidently with engineers on APIs and integrations; building the APIs and integrations is not required.
• Continuous discovery as the default operating mode.
• Sound judgment on trade-offs and resilience in addressing long-standing product problems.

Nice to have

• Experience in travel, hospitality, vacation rentals, or marketplaces.
• Experience with pricing, rates, distribution or inventory, properties, rooms, vehicles, or equipment.
