Sr. Full Stack Engineer - Infrastructure Team (Remote)

Location: USA - Remote; must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.

Base salary: $140,000–$215,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants, health insurance, 401k, and paid time off.

What you will do

• Build and operate internal cloud management tools, APIs, and UIs using Go and TypeScript.
• Enhance CI/CD systems and processes to improve software delivery efficiency and speed.
• Develop, maintain, and operate mission-critical pipelines built on Temporal and Argo Workflows.
• Research and integrate tooling that improves developer productivity and supports the existing development environment.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and SRE teams to identify bottlenecks and improve SDLC and CI/CD practices.
• Maintain CI/CD system uptime and operations through an on-call rotation while considering sustainability, security, and SOC2 compliance.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
• 5+ years of overall experience as a DevOps, SRE, or software engineer.
• Extensive experience with Golang and strong experience with TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and CI/CD best practices.
• Proven ability to support and collaborate effectively with large development teams.
• Hands-on experience configuring and operating CI/CD tools such as Argo Workflows, Jenkins, Temporal, or similar.
• Proficiency with Linux operating systems and cloud computing services.
• Proven experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience creating development tools.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience building artifacts with GoReleaser and familiarity with Docker, Debian, and PyPI packaging formats.
• Familiarity with Terraform or Pulumi for Configuration Management and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with GitOps tools such as Helm, Kustomize, and Argo CD.
• Ability to work effectively with local and remote teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills focused on clear, correct, complete, concise, and compassionate interactions.
• Proficiency with Prometheus, Alertmanager, and Grafana for monitoring and alerting.
• Ability to author technical documentation, guides, and knowledge base articles for developers.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
