Therapy & Account Specialist (Melaka)

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia; the role covers a territory and requires travel, including visits to remote urban areas.

What you will do

• Achieve sales quotas through direct sales and manage relationships with existing and prospective hospital customers.
• Provide dialysis counseling and train healthcare personnel, patients, and caregivers in peritoneal dialysis practices.
• Perform on-call troubleshooting for automated peritoneal dialysis patients and provide technical product demonstrations.
• Track center databases, clinical parameters, patient dropouts, and time on therapy, identifying improvement opportunities for key accounts.
• Conduct continuing medical education sessions and product training for healthcare professionals.
• Monitor territory forecasts, competitor activity, product safety information, and monthly reporting requirements.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience managing hospital accounts or providing clinical support, preferably for a nephrology unit.
• Degree in science, pharmacy, nursing, or an equivalent field is preferred.
• Ability to manage the assigned territory independently and consistently achieve performance goals.
• Valid driving licence and own car required.
• Ability to conduct CME sessions and product training for healthcare professionals.
• Willingness to travel is required, including visits to remote urban areas, meetings, conferences, and training.
