What you will do

• Research and provide hands-on formulation and process expertise for clinical and commercial small-molecule solid oral dosage forms.
• Design and develop digital tools and applications for synthetic drug product workflows, including AI-driven interfaces and calculation tools.
• Collaborate with analytical, R&D, manufacturing, Drug Product Technologies, and external functions to resolve technical challenges and advance projects.
• Design and execute experiments, analyze and interpret data, and support formulation and process decisions.
• Contribute to scientific review papers, technical guidelines, literature research, and experimental validation.
• Organize and communicate technical information to support drug development programs and cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in bioengineering, pharmaceutical sciences, chemical or pharmaceutical engineering, chemistry, life sciences, or a related field, plus a university course, research project, internship, thesis, or one year of experience.
• Knowledge of unit operations and formulation principles for oral solid dosage forms and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
• Programming proficiency in Python, R, or MATLAB, with experience developing or enhancing AI-driven digital tools and user interfaces.
• Experience with GMP-compliant manufacturing operations under established SOPs.
• Experience with Figma, Power BI, IMARIS, GraphPad Prism, Excel, statistical analysis, market research, literature review, and experimental design.
• Experience using ELN systems to track experiments and support data integrity and knowledge sharing.
