We’re looking for a Senior Lead Generation Manager in Europe to drive B2B growth and help us enter new markets.
🔹 3+ years in B2B sales / Lead Generation
🔹 Strong cold outreach & prospecting skills
🔹 Experience building lead generation processes from scratch
🔹 CRM & outreach tools: LinkedIn, LinkHelper, , etc.
🔹 Data-driven approach and strong focus on KPIs
🔹 Comfortable working with difficult clients and complex/high-risk niches
🔹 Strong interest in automation and new sales tools
🔹 Fluent English
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t stop after the first unanswered message, knows how to reach hard-to-contact decision-makers and turns cold prospects into real business conversations.
