TL;DR
Sales Manager (White Label, Fintech): Acquiring B2B clients and developing commercial partnerships for payment-related services with an accent on negotiations, payment infrastructure, and market analysis. Location: Remote, exclusively for candidates based in Europe; ability to travel across Europe for industry conferences, exhibitions, and business meetings is required.

What you will do
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients and prepare commercial proposals.
- Conduct negotiations with prospective clients and partners.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, and business meetings across Europe.
- Build ongoing client relationships and provide consultations and support on services.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis and share insights and feedback with the Product team.
- Collaborate with Marketing on product positioning, sales materials, and lead generation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales.
- Substantial experience in fintech and/or payments.
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Experience developing and executing client acquisition strategies.
- Understanding of payment infrastructure, including acquiring, PSPs, payment processing, and card schemes.
- English at Intermediate level or higher and fluent Russian are required.
